Residents and travelers should be prepared for hazardous travel conditions as visibility may be suddenly reduced to near zero at times. - Snowfall: Local amounts of up to 15 cm are possible.
- Wind: Westerly to northwesterly winds are expected to gust between 70 and 90 km/h.
- Visibility: Significantly reduced visibility is expected in heavy snow and blowing snow.
- Temperature: Temperatures are forecast to fall sharply following the passage of a cold front on Monday.

The watch is in effect for the period starting Monday evening and continuing through Tuesday afternoon. Hazardous conditions are expected to persist through Tuesday morning, with conditions projected to improve by Tuesday afternoon.
