Total snowfall accumulations are expected to range between 4 to 8 cm, though localized areas impacted by snow squalls could see up to 15 cm of snow. Westerly winds gusting near 50 km/h will accompany the flurries and squalls, leading to reduced visibility in blowing snow, particularly over exposed areas.

The alert is effective starting the night of Monday, March 2, 2026, and is expected to remain in place until near noon on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
