Environment Canada has issued a yellow snowfall warning for portions of Northern Alberta. The alert is currently in effect as heavy snow moves through the region.
Affected Areas
The warning specifically covers the County of Northern Lights near the Paddle Prairie Metis Settlement. The heaviest snowfall is expected to occur in a swath extending from Paddle Prairie Metis Settlement to Fort McMurray.
