Groundwater levels remain high across the region but are currently in a state of slow decline. Specific observations include:
- Pitton: Water levels have fallen by 13cm over the past week.
- West Tytherley: Levels peaked on Friday, March 13, 2026, and have since decreased by 9cm.
Despite the falling levels, flooding is expected to continue affecting cellars in Nether Wallop, Pitton, and West Tytherley. Additionally, residents in Pitton and West Tytherley should prepare for impacts on local roads and the sewerage system.
