- Visibility: Falling and blowing snow will cause visibilities to drop below 1/4 mile.
- Impacts: Whiteout conditions are expected, making travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. The combination of strong winds and the weight of snow on tree limbs may result in downed power lines and sporadic power outages.
