• Bureau County Fairgrounds, Coal Hollow, Zearing, Ottville, and Providence

Impacted travel routes include Interstate 180 between mile markers 7 and 13, and Interstate 80 in Illinois between mile markers 44 and 72.

Hazards include the flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses, as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
