Affected Areas
The warning specifically covers the following regions:
- Central East Baton Rouge Parish
- Northwestern Livingston Parish
Impacted locations include Denham Springs, Walker, and Watson. This warning also affects Interstate 12 between mile markers 10 and 21.

- Turn around, don’t drown: Do not attempt to drive through flooded roads. Most flood-related deaths occur in vehicles.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. Expected hazards include flash flooding of urban areas, highways, streets, and poor drainage or low-lying areas.
