Specific locations expected to experience flooding include Caldwell, Dudley, Quaker City, Senecaville, Pleasant City, Cumberland, Summerfield, Belle Valley, Lewisville, Sarahsville, Salesville, Stafford, Graysville, Batesville, Harriettsville, Miltonsburg, Seneca Lake Park, and Wolf Run State Park.
