- Waterford North, Bohners Lake, and Caledonia
- Burlington, Waterford, and Paris
- Brighton, Somers, and Elmwood Park

At 9:23 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is currently ongoing or expected to begin shortly. According to the NWS, between 1 and 2 inches of rain have already fallen, and additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. These conditions are likely to cause the flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying or flood-prone locations.
