As of 8:00 AM CDT on Wednesday, the river stage was recorded at 19.8 feet. The river is forecast to rise above the flood stage of 28.0 feet late this evening. It is expected to reach a crest of 29.6 feet by Thursday morning before falling below flood stage Thursday afternoon. At 28.0 feet, low-lying areas along the river begin to flood. For reference, at 31.0 feet, 347th Road or Main Street east of Highway 169 is under water.

The Flood Warning is effective from Wednesday evening, March 11, and is expected to remain in place until Friday afternoon, March 13, at 3:00 PM CDT.
