Minor flooding is currently occurring. As of 1:00 PM EST on Sunday, the river stage was 17.3 feet, surpassing the flood stage of 17.0 feet.

• Forecast: The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.6 feet just after midnight tonight.
• Impacts: Water levels will flood the dirt parking lot near the Old Balls Ferry Road boat ramp, situated upstream and rightbank from the Georgia Highway 57 bridge. Flooding will also extend into the woodlands near the river.
