The warning specifically affects Tillamook County in Oregon. Impacted areas include the Wilson River downstream of the river gage at Highway 6 mile post 6, sloughs north of Tillamook (primarily Dougherty), Wilson River Loop Road west to Highway 101, and Makinster Road. Minor flooding is also anticipated in the north Tillamook business district along Highway 101.

Do not attempt to drive around barricades or through flooded areas. Use extreme caution at night when it is significantly harder to recognize the dangers of rising water.
Expected Conditions
Minor flooding is forecast for the region. As of 4:30 PM PDT Friday, the river stage was recorded at 10.4 feet, just below the bankfull stage of 10.5 feet. The river is expected to rise above the 12.0-foot flood stage this evening, reaching a peak of approximately 13.0 feet late tonight. Flooding in the north Tillamook business district may be exacerbated during high tide.
