At these levels, minor flooding begins in the north Tillamook business district along Highway 101, particularly during high tide. Widespread lowland flooding occurs as the river approaches 14.0 feet. The river is expected to fall below flood stage later this morning, reaching 8.2 feet by Friday morning before a secondary rise to 10.9 feet late Friday evening.
