- Southeastern Madison County

Specific locations impacted include Lexington, Henderson, Selmer, Parsons, Adamsville, Sardis, Silerton, Masseyville, Reagan, Blue Goose, Mifflin, Bargerton, Wildersville, Pocahontas, and Jacks Creek. The warning also encompasses Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 95 and 112, as well as Natchez Trace State Park, Natchez Trace State Forest, Chickasaw State Forest, Chickasaw State Park, and Big Hill Pond State Park.

At 8:57 PM CDT, radar indicated severe thunderstorms located along a line extending from Wildersville to near Pocahontas, moving east at 45 mph. The following hazards have been identified:
- Wind: Gusts of up to 60 mph are expected.
- Hail: Nickel-sized hail (0.88 inches) is possible.
