The warning covers the following geographic regions:
- Northern Carroll County in north central Maryland
- East central Frederick County in north central Maryland
Specific locations impacted include Westminster, Hampstead, Manchester, New Windsor, Woodsboro, Union Bridge, Finksburg, Carrollton, Lineboro, Linwood, Patapsco, Reese, Uniontown, Wagners Mill, Millers, Greenmount, and Marston.
