Specific locations impacted include Kokomo, Frankfort, Tipton, Windfall, Greentown, Flora, Rossville, Russiaville, Colfax, Camden, Sharpsville, Burlington, Michigantown, Kempton, and Indian Heights. This warning also includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 153 and 159.
