Specific locations impacted include Muncie, Anderson, New Castle, Elwood, Alexandria, Yorktown, Chesterfield, Knightstown, Albany, Edgewood, Frankton, Eaton, Daleville, Summitville, Spiceland, Gaston, Selma, Shirley, Markleville, and Kennard. The warning also affects Interstate 69 between mile markers 223 and 251, and Interstate 70 between mile markers 112 and 133.
