The warning covers the following regions in east central Missouri:
- Northeastern Crawford County
- Southern Franklin County
- Southeastern Gasconade County
- Northwestern Washington County
Specific locations impacted include Steelville, Cuba, Leasburg, Bourbon, Japan, St. Cloud, Sullivan, Anthonies Mill, Stanton, Miramiguoa Park, Noser Mill, Piney Park, Parkway, St. Clair, Richwoods, Union, Lonedell, Washington, and Villa Ridge. This alert also includes Onondaga Cave State Park, Robertsville State Park, and Meramec State Park, as well as Interstate 44 in Missouri between exits 208 and 247.
