- Central Tazewell County
- North central Mason County
- Southwestern Peoria County
Specific locations impacted include Pekin, South Pekin, and Mapleton. This warning also encompasses Interstate 155 between mile markers 17 and 21, and Interstate 474 between mile markers 3 and 10.

At 11:33 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near St. David, or near Lewistown, moving east at 45 mph. Hazards include:
