- Eastern Lumpkin County in north central Georgia
- White County in northeastern Georgia
Impacted locations include Cleveland, Hiawassee, Young Harris, Helen, Unicoi State Park, Whitley Gap Shelter, Robertstown, Blue Mountain Shelter, Mossy Creek, Titus, Mountain Scene, Low Gap Shelter, Camp Coleman Lake, Tate City, Anna Ruby Falls, Macedonia, Garland, Leaf, Plum Orchard Gap Shelter, and Smithgall Woods Conservation Area.
