The warning impacts the following geographic regions in southwestern Arkansas:
- Northwestern Columbia County
- Eastern Hempstead County
- Northeastern Lafayette County
- Northeastern Miller County
- Nevada County
Specific locations in the path of the storm include Hope, Prescott, Stamps, Lewisville, Emmet, Blevins, Buckner, Perrytown, Rosston, Washington, Willisville, Bodcaw, Bluff City, Cale, Patmos, Oakhaven, Sutton, Laneburg, and Mount Moriah.

Residents in the warning area are advised to seek shelter immediately inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds and large hail. Additionally, a Tornado Watch remains in effect until 9:00 PM CDT Sunday for a portion of southwest Arkansas.
Expected Conditions
At 4:53 PM CDT, radar indicated severe thunderstorms located along a line from 9 miles northeast of Blevins to 5 miles northeast of Genoa (or 13 miles northwest of Prescott to 8 miles east of Texarkana). The line is moving east at 40 mph.
- Wind: Gusts up to 60 mph are expected, which may cause damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
- Hail: Quarter-size hail is anticipated, with damage to vehicles expected.
