- Northwestern Mississippi: Northern Lafayette County and Southeastern Marshall County.
- Northeastern Mississippi: Union, Tippah, Benton, Northwestern Prentiss, and Western Alcorn counties.
Specific locations impacted include New Albany, Ripley, Blue Mountain, Jumpertown, Snow Lake Shores, Keownville, Theo, Bethlehem, Canaan, Etta, Gravestown, Walnut, Hickory Flat, Ashland, Potts Camp, Falkner, Myrtle, Dumas, Abbeville, and Shari. This warning also includes Interstate 22 in Mississippi between mile markers 35 and 65.
