Specific locations impacted include Coushatta, Ringgold, Heflin, Martin, Hall Summit, Saline, Lucky, Ashland, Castor, Edgefield, Bienville, Jamestown, Womack, Loggy Bayou, Crichton, Lake Bistineau South, Ninock, Sailes, Plum Orchard Landing, and Ogden.

According to radar indications, the primary hazards include wind gusts of up to 60 mph and quarter-size hail. These conditions are expected to cause hail damage to vehicles and wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. At 6:48 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from over Dubberly to 13 miles northeast of Mansfield, moving southeast at 35 mph.
