Impacted locations include Pekin, East Peoria, Morton, Washington, Tremont, South Pekin, Deer Creek, and Green Valley. The warning also affects travel on several major highways, including:
- Interstate 155 between mile markers 16 and 31
- Interstate 474 between mile markers 7 and 14
- Interstate 74 between mile markers 93 and 109
