- Northern Warren County in southwestern Ohio
- Southwestern Greene County in west central Ohio
- Southeastern Montgomery County in west central Ohio
Specific locations impacted include Kettering, Beavercreek, Xenia, Miamisburg, Springboro, Franklin, Bellbrook, West Carrollton, Waynesville, Hunter, Harveysburg, Spring Valley, Corwin, Centerville, Lytle, Mount Holly, Roxanna, Pekin, and Five Points. This warning also includes Interstate 75 in Ohio between mile markers 37 and 46.
