- Southeastern Mitchell County in southwestern Georgia
- Northern Thomas County in south central Georgia
- Southwestern Colquitt County in south central Georgia
Specific locations expected to be impacted include Coolidge, Akridge, Capel, Autreyville, Enon, Center Hill, South Moultrie, Merrillville, Chastain, Spence, and the Moultrie Municipal Airport.
