The warning covers the following regions in southwestern Missouri:

- Northern McDonald County
Specific locations impacted include Neosho, Granby, Goodman, Diamond, Fairview, Newtonia, Stella, Wentworth, Stark City, Ritchey, and Rocky Comfort.
