The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Kewaunee and Manitowoc Counties, effective until 7:00 PM CDT Sunday. This will be followed by a Blizzard Warning starting at 7:00 PM Sunday and lasting until 4:00 PM CDT Monday.

Expected Conditions
Heavy snow is expected with total accumulations between 10 and 18 inches. The lowest snow totals are anticipated in southern Manitowoc County. Snow may mix with or change to sleet, freezing rain, and rain at times through Sunday afternoon, leading to ice accumulations of one-tenth to two-tenths of an inch. Wind gusts as high as 50 mph are forecast, which will cause considerable blowing and drifting snow and blizzard conditions.
