Affected Areas
The warning covers several river systems and locations within the Fitzroy River Catchment, including:
- Dawson River: Baralaba, Moura, Theodore Weir, Woodleigh, Beckers, and Knebworth.
- Mackenzie River: Tartrus, Bingegang Weir, and Coolmaringa.
- Lower Fitzroy River: Riverslea, Wattlebank, Yaamba, South Yaamba, and Rockhampton.

- Dawson River: Moderate flooding is occurring at Baralaba and Beckers. Baralaba is expected to remain above the moderate flood level of 7.50 m. Minor flooding is occurring at Theodore Weir (8.06 m and falling) and Moura (estimated above 6.00 m).
- Mackenzie River: Moderate flooding is occurring at Coolmaringa. Minor flooding is occurring at Bingegang Weir. Tartrus peaked at 9.49 m on Sunday, which is below the minor flood level.
- Fitzroy River: Minor flooding is occurring at Yaamba, where the river is estimated to be peaking around 11.10 m. At Rockhampton, river levels are likely to peak below the minor flood level during Tuesday but will remain elevated.
