Stores d’aujourd’hui Gatineau Inc. Recalls Sunshades and Blinds Due to Strangulation Hazard

What Happened

Health Canada has determined that sunshades and alternating blinds manufactured by Stores d’aujourd’hui Gatineau Inc. do not meet the Corded Window Coverings Regulations. The products pose a serious strangulation hazard, as young children may pull looped cords around their neck or become entangled in them. Additionally, the products can release small parts that present a choking hazard to young children.
