What Happened

Aisstxoer has issued a recall for its adult bicycle helmets because they violate the mandatory federal safety standard for bicycle helmets. The products failed to comply with requirements for impact attenuation, positional stability, and certification. Consequently, the helmets may fail to protect a user during a crash, posing a serious risk of head injury or death.

Which Products Are Affected

The recall involves approximately 200 Aisstxoer adult bike helmets sold in size large, which fits a head circumference of approximately 22.8 to 24.4 inches. The affected helmets are pink and feature black padding, black straps, a black buckle, and a black plastic adjustment knob at the back.

Consumers can identify the recalled product by the following details:

• Brand Name: “Aisstxoer” (printed on a white label on the packaging)
• Model Number: “GH018L” (printed on a label inside the helmet)
• Retailer: Sold online at Amazon.com by the YXTDZ Store from October 2025 through November 2025 for about $25.

What You Should Do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled helmets. To receive a full refund, owners are instructed to destroy the helmet by cutting the straps and emailing a photo of the destroyed product to YXTDZ Store at yxtdzamz@126.com. No injuries have been reported to date in connection with this recall.
