Andy & Evan Industries, Inc. has issued a recall for approximately 500 children’s pajama sets. The garments violate the mandatory federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, creating a risk of serious burn injuries or death. As of the recall date, no injuries have been reported.

The recall involves Andy & Evan-branded woven pajama sets. The sets include a long-sleeved button-down shirt with a front pocket and matching flared pants.
Product Details:
- Styles: Pink with white stripes; purple and pink hearts with trim.
- Sizes: Children’s sizes 2T, 3T, 4T, 5, 6, and 6X.
- Identifying Marks: “Andy & Evan” and the size are printed on the neck label. The side seam label contains “RN# 136762” and “YC05.”
- Sales Period: Sold from February 2024 through June 2025 for between $13 and $58.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled pajama sets and keep them away from children. To receive a full refund, consumers must destroy the garments by cutting them in half, take a photograph of the destroyed product, and email the photo to recall@andyandevan.com. Once the photo is sent, the destroyed pajamas should be disposed of in the trash.
