Bicystar has issued a recall for its children’s high chairs due to violations of mandatory federal safety standards. The products were sold without the required attached crotch restraint, which creates a serious fall hazard. Furthermore, the design of the high chair allows for a child’s head to become trapped between the seat and the side of the chair, posing a deadly entrapment hazard. No injuries have been reported to date.

The recall involves approximately 150 Bicystar high chairs. These gray high chairs feature a metal frame, metal legs, a tray, and a cushioned seat cover.

Identification Details:

• Brand Name: “BICYSTAR” is printed on the front of the tray.
• Model Number: “Model No.: TB-HC6900” is located on a label stitched to the back of the seat cover.
• Sales Period: The units were sold online at Amazon.com from September 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025, for approximately $76.

What You Should Do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled high chairs. To receive a full refund, owners must perform the following steps to destroy the product:

1. Disassemble the high chair.
2. Cut the restraints and the fabric seat cover.
3. Write the word “Recall” on the back of the seat.
4. Email photos of the destroyed high chair to Bicystar Store at bicystarhighchair@outlook.com.
