The recall was initiated because the rivets used to support the swing seat can fail, posing a fall hazard to children. The firm has received one report of a swing breaking, which resulted in a child falling and sustaining a minor injury.

This recall involves playground swing set seats sold as part of assembled playground sets. The affected products include:
- Model Number: 999604
- Identification Code: “LF-65708” (marked on the seat pad)
- Colors: Black, blue, green, red, tan, and yellow
- Quantity: About 7,200 units
- Sales Period: January 2025 through September 2025
- Distribution: Sold nationwide through Miracle Recreation Equipment and Little Tikes Commercial. These seats were sold directly to playground manufacturers and not to individual consumers.

Consumers and playground operators should stop using the recalled playground swings immediately. LFTE USA is offering a free replacement swing seat.
